Have you lost your levels or have wrong profile in your game?
Sometimes especially if you are sharing your device or logging into several Facebook profiles, games can get tangled up and confused.
Worry not, as you can always disconnect the game app from Facebook and reconnect to the correct profile:
-Disconnect the game from Facebook
-Delete the Facebook app from the device if you have it installed
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds
-Turn on the device again
-Open Safari and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
– Once you’re back in you can reinstall the Facebook app if you like
